HANAZEN Restaurant Policy

Food & Beverage Policy:

We take pride in serving authentic Edomae-Sushi, crafted with the highest quality ingredients and traditional recipes passed down through generations.
Because we are committed to preserving this tradition, we do not accommodate requests such as "no raw seafood" or vegan sushi. We do not offer alternative menus.
However, if you have food allergies, we will do our best to make appropriate adjustments within our Omakase menu.
Please let us know at the time of reservation so we can discuss what may or may not be possible and ensure a safe and pleasant dining experience for everyone in your party.
Outside beverages or ingredients are not permitted in the restaurant. This includes wines, beer, alcohol, salts, spices, and similar items.
If you wish to bring a special dessert for a celebration, please let us know in advance so we can assist you in incorporating it into your meal.
